Booking Terms and Conditions

By booking, clients acknowledge and agree to these terms & conditions.

1. Payment & Booking Confirmation
   • Be sure to clearly answer the questions provided when purchasing a reading/session.  These notes will help me to know what you want to focus on in the reading/session.  Just your name and DOB is insufficient.
   • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure a session with me.
   • An email confirmation with reading/session details will be sent once your purchase is complete.
   • Payments for readings and Zoom sessions are non-refundable. Please note that the cancellation and rescheduling policies only apply to Zoom sessions.
2. Cancellations
   • Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel without forfeiting the Zoom session fee.
   • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session are non-refundable.
3. Rescheduling
   • Clients may reschedule their session once, if they have given at least 48 hours’ notice.
   • Rescheduled sessions must be completed within 30 days of the original booking date.
4. Late arrivals and No-Show Policy
   • Sessions will begin at the scheduled time, regardless of when the client arrives. Be sure to test your Zoom connection and settings before the session time begins.
   • Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may forfeit their session without a refund.
   • Failure to attend a Zoom session without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the session fee and rescheduling will not be offered.
5. Refund Policy
   • All payments are final and non-refundable. 
   • If I must cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
   • Refunds are not given for readings/sessions that are not to the client’s liking.  I am an intuitive guide and messenger, but YOU are the expert and decision maker of your own life.
