Intuition. The dictionary defines it as “direct understanding without reasoning.” Sometimes, it feels like intuition is something outside of us. Something that other special people may have. But the truth is, all of us have gift of intuition but it is a part of us that we need to develop, hone and use daily so that we can get to the point that we completely trust it.

Most are herbs that are calming to the body, helping you to stay present. This state of being present and calm will help you easily access your intuition. Mugwort
Mugwort or Artemis vulgaris is a wild perennial plant that grows in many types of environments and soils in Europe, North America and Asia. In European and Asian (including Chinese) lore, it was said to have magical properties. Two of these properties are prominent in a range of modern spiritual traditions: 1) to aid in safe travel and 2) to boost intuition and psychic/visionary work as well as visionary dreams. Mugwort can be drunk as a tea with honey before divination or before bed to encourage lucid dreams. It is a bitter herb so you may want to use it in a blend with other complementary herbs. Yarrow
